AGED425 - Agricultural Leadership: Tools and Techniques (3 cr.)
Leadership development is viewed differently by different cultures. Learn about leadership in an Australian environment and explore some of the leadership opportunities available in Australia. There will be some leadership theory covered in this course; however, the course will focus primarily on developing your leadership abilities in dealing with controversial global issues common to agriculture and technology such as biotechnology.

ANSC419 - Topics in International Animal Agriculture (4 cr.)
The study and analysis of animal management and feeding systems in Australia, with emphasis on livestock production in the Riverina Region of southern New South Wales. The course will combine traditional lectures and student-led discussion sessions with farm visits and excursions to agriculturally significant sites in the region, providing practical, hands-on experience for students.
Prerequisite:ANSC 101 or special permission from the instructor.

Applicants should have a G.P.A. of at least 2.0 (on a 4.00 scale). We encourage freshmen to apply! For all participants, a formal application is necessary, including a deposit, one transcript (non-University of Delaware students only), and one recommendation. An interview will be conducted in person or by telephone.
