Safety Training

Departmental Safety Committees have the responsibility to facilitate required safety training within the department. All new graduate students must be provided with a safety training seminar coordinated by the department. The committee may accomplish this requirement by developing a program to meet the various training requirements, sending personnel to the Department of Occupational Health & Safety classes, or arranging with the Department of Occupational Health & Safety to provide department specific training.

For a complete listing of scheduled training classes with dates, times and presenter, provided by Occupational Health and Safety, visit Occupational Health & Safety's Training Schedule.
