Chemical Hygiene Program

The University of Delaware Chemical Hygiene Plan was developed to protect University laboratory employees from the health hazards which may be present in the laboratory environment. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration required the University to develop a written Chemical Hygiene Plan to ensure that laboratories operate in compliance with the standard.

Any questions or concerns related to the Chemical Hygiene Plan should be addressed to the Departmental Chemical Hygiene Officer or to Leslie York-Hubbard at leslieyh@udel.edu or call 831-3123.
