hazards
COMMENTS: This laboratory does very little chemicals. 99% of the manipulations are done in another laboratory. The only issues for this laboratory are the portable eyewash and the noise level. The portable eyewash needs to be put on a program to watch the expiration date and replace as needed. I will turn the issue of the noise level over to the hearing conservation program leader. I do not believe this is an issue, however we will have it checked. The lab currently has hearing protection and the noise level consists of interupted 20 minute intervals of a distinct, but not loud noise.
