4-H School Enrichment

Cooperative Extension is more than just 4-H clubs and meetings. We offer several School Enrichment programs that come to the classroom to deliver extra-special fun and learning! These programs are designed to be offered in school by extension staff and volunteers and serve to complement the curriculum across many different disciplines.

• Embryology: students and teachers learn about life cycles by incubating and hatching poultry eggs
• Master Gardeners: helping schools establish, renovate and conserve wildlife habitat and assisting in many other indoor and outdoor gardening projects
• Bicycle Safety: instruction and practice in safe travel on and off the road
