The Longwood Graduate Program Annual Symposium
As the American population becomes more diverse, leaders in public horticulture must prepare to embrace a future based on shifting demographics, changing social patterns and fluctuating funding sources. How do we cultivate new leaders within our institutions and draw upon expertise from outside the field? The 2014 Longwood Graduate Program Symposium intends to spark a conversation about leadership succession and explore methods for ensuring a thriving future for public horticulture institutions.
