Graduate Studies

This Agricultural and Technology Education Program offers a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree that qualifies the individual for initial teacher certification in the areas of agricultural and natural resources education and technology education. Individuals wishing to teach in middle or secondary schools that are recent undergraduate students or career changers in the areas of agriculture and natural resources and various technology fields are likely candidates for this degree.

This degree provides the pedagogical skills that give the student a pragmatic hands-on program that uses an investigative, scientific, design-and-construct, and problem solving approach to teaching. The curriculum is designed to allow students to teach in both the classroom and laboratory setting.

If you have questions about the program or application process,
please contact Amanda Tolino at tolino@udel.edu or 831-1357.
