Building Tomorrow’s Leaders

GOAL 1: Youth and adults will develop skills that will enable them to identify problems, determine solutions and implement strategies that solve critical issues in families and communities.

Objective 1.1: To develop the capacity of individuals, groups and organizations to take on leadership roles within their communities.
Objective 1.2: To develop public policy and citizenship education programs that address critical issues facing communities, families and youth, and leads citizens and youth to become productive members of their communities and their society.
Objective 1.3 Staff and volunteers working together will design, manage and evaluate volunteer programs using middle management volunteers to accomplish mutual goals.
