4-H Record Book Instructions

Here are some general instructions for preparing your Record Book.

1. ALL Record Books are to be placed in a “three-ring, loose-leaf binder.”

2. Record Book Cover: The following must be on the front cover of your book. You may use a white label, and you must print or type:

Name:
Age:
Club:
Projects:
(List this year’s projects only)

3. Table of Contents:
On a separate sheet of paper, print or type:
