The W. Charles, Sr. and Eleanor Clement Paradee Center is the home for Kent County Delaware Cooperative Extension. In addition to county specific programs, Kent County Extension is home to some state-wide programs such as 4-H's Operation Military Kids, the state renewable resources program, and the state livestock program.
