ServSafe® Workshops

The ServSafe® program is one of the industry’s standard in food safety training and approved by the Delaware Health Department.  The program, designed for the foodservice professional, provides accurate, up-to-date information on all aspects of handling food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving.  
Register by calling the Kent County Extension office at 730-4000 3 weeks prior to the class and make check payable to the University of Delaware.

The cost for the course ($125) includes the training, text book and certification examination from the Restaurant Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and lunch.
Individuals who register for the one day, intensive format will receive their textbook prior to class, so early registration is essential.  Register by OCT 4, 2002
