4-H is the youth program of the Cooperative Extension System at the University of Delaware and Delaware State University. Extension, at the University of Delaware, is part of the college of Agricultural Sciences. Dr. Robin Morgan is the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Director for Delaware Extension is Dr. Janice Seitz. 4-H is a part of the Department of Agricultural and Natural Resources at Delaware State College. Dr. Dyremple Marsh serves as administrator. Joy G. Sparks, State Program Coordinator, 4-H Youth Development administers the Delaware 4-H program with the assistance of the county 4-H staff.
