*Registration is DUE BY MARCH 24 AND is subject to approval by the Ag Day Planning Team.  Only organizations/entities with missions relevant to the University of Delaware, agriculture, and/or natural resources are accepted.

*Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.  Payment for Ag Day fees is due no later than April 1.  Please include your organization name with payment so that we can properly track your registration.

Completion of an Ag Day 2010 Exhibitor Registration form constitutes compliance with these guidelines.  We recommend printing off a copy of these guidelines for your reference.


Application for Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Establishment [pdf]
This form MUST be completed by any organization selling/distributing food at Ag Day.  The form must be completed and mailed to the address below NO LATER THAN APRIL 1.

DO NOT send the form to the Division of Public Health.  We will collect all permits and send them as one packet.
