Registration

AG DAY REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

All exhibit spaces are filled. Confirmation emails will be sent the week of April th7.


  • Submission of an online registration form constitutes compliance with the Ag Day Exhibitor/Vendor Guidelines (PDF). We recommend that you print a copy of the guidelines for your reference.
  • All registration is handled through a secure non-UD site. Please click here to register. Upon completion, you will be directed back to the Ag Day 2013 homepage.
  • Registration is NOT considered complete until payment is received.  Payment for Ag Day registration is due - NO LATER THAN MARCH 29, 2013. Payments/registration submitted after the deadline will be subject to a $25 processing fee.  Please include the name of your organization with payment so that we can properly track your registration.
  • Payment (checks made payable to the University of Delaware) can be mailed to:

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS!

  • ALL Ag Day food vendors MUST abide by the minimum requirements for operating a temporary food establishment, found on the Delaware Division of Public Health's website. Non compliance can mean the closing of your establishment by the Division on Ag Day. Inspectors will be on premises. 
  • ALL Ag Day food vendors must submit an Application for Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Establishment (PDF). This form MUST be completed by ANY organization selling/distributing food at Ag Day. The form MUST be completed and mailed to the address below NO LATER THAN MARCH 29, 2013. If the form is not received by that date, you will not be permitted to sell/distribute food.  The deadline is set so that we may apply for and obtain approval in sufficient time before our event. 

    DO NOT send the form to the Division of Public Health.  We will collect all permits and send them off as one packet.

  • We STRONGLY encourage food vendors to use sustainable products. If your group must order new supplies, please DO NOT order Styrofoam containers.  We encourage the use of biodegradable plastics and paper products.  

    ALL food vendors will be required to attend a mandatory meeting prior to Ag Day. Date TBD.
