Distribution: North America, including northern Mexico and southern Canada.
Type species: Fulgora sulcipes Say, 1825 (original combination).
Generic synonym: Ornithissus Fowler, 1904 (Type species O. cockerelli Fowler, 1904); genus synonymy by Kirkaldy, 1907: 248.
