Prospective Students

I am always interested in talking to prospective students, and I encourage you to e-mail me ( jhough@udel.edu ) describing your interests, experience, and qualifications.

I look for bright, enthusiastic, energetic and committed students who are passionate about their research. My students are generally funded by grants, and I usually can accept about one new student each year. Therefore positions in the lab are competitive, and strong GPA, GREs, and letters of recommendation are required. Previous experience in research is also a plus.
