Employment opportunities - Two North Carolina Cooperative Extension agent openings to provide local educational leadership for water quality and other environmental issues. CALL FOR PAPERS: Joint UCOWR/NIWR/ASCE-EWRI Conference "WATER SECURITY IN THE 21ST CENTURY" July 30 - August 1, 2003, Washington D.C. Submit your abstract (300-500 words) by Oct. 15 detailing the conference theme-related objective of your paper (or workshop of 2-3 hours duration) providing discussion of approaches, results, and potential impacts on water research, education, policy and management. The DNREC Delaware Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater "Race for Clean Water" Conference is scheduled for Oct. 21-23, 2002, at the Dover Downs Hotel and Conference Center.
