The UDairy Creamery, established in 2008, produces premium ice cream made with the milk from the cows on the farm at the University of Delaware College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Founded on science, sustainability and entrepreneurship, the Creamery encourages discovery learning, with University students involved in every aspect of making and selling ice cream “from the cow to the cone.”

Keep Your eyes open for the
UDairy Creamery Moo Mobile!
The UDairy Creamery has partnered with the Lerner Business School's Horn Program for Entrepreneurship to bring you th Moo Mobile! This full sized ice cream truck will offer up to 20 flavors and travel around UD's main campus, ourother UD campuses, UD events, the DE State Fair and other selected events.
See if for yourself at Farmer's market this summer in Mentor's Circle from 11am-2pm on Thursdays. (Raindate is Friday)
