Think Spring Fling fundraiser was a fresh success

The Food Bank of Delaware and the UD’s CANR held its first-ever Think Spring Fling event on Thursday, March 4, 2010, from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Townsend Hall Commons located at 531 South College Avenue, Newark. Exhibitors included:

• Food Science Club
• SLOW Foods
• Design Interest Group
• Delaware Nature Society’s Community-Sponsored Agriculture
• Master Foods Educator Program
• UD Extension (backyard wildlife, composting, recycling)
• New Castle County Master Gardeners
• UD Soil Testing Program
