Some of the standard tests performed include acidity, alkalinity, BOD, DO, chlorophyll a, conductivity, pH, NH4-N , NO3-NO2-N, TDS, TSS, chloride, COD, hardness, phosphorous, TKN, coliform bacteria, and turbidity.

The types of samples the lab processes includes groundwater; surface water; wastewater; soils from crop fields, wastewater spray fields, and animal waste lagoons; poultry, swine and other agricultural manures; and biomass.
