The 2012 CANR Distinguished Alumni Awards were presented during Homecoming Weekend at UD,
October 19-21.
They are:
- Bruce Cobb (PLSC), ARC Greenhouses, Founder and Owner
- Carol Long (PLSC), Winterthur Museum and Country Estate, Associate Curator
- Daral Jackwood (ANFS), Professor, Department of Veterinary Preventative Medicine, The Ohio State University
- Mark Jackwood (ANFS), Professor and Department Head, Department of Population Health, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia
Also recognized during the weekend's festivities were:
- Dr. Ronald Ritter (AG ’75), University of Maryland College of Agriculture & Natural Resources Weed Science Specialist, winner of the Worrilow Award
