Describe your best Ag experience:
Ag Ambassadors was easily the most fun program I was involved with at the Ag school.  Helping prospective students with their decision and getting to work with Carol, Kim, and Latoya always made me smile.

Which Ag course was your favorite and why?
Freshman year Anatomy was the one class I regretted loving so much.   It seemed like a lot of work while I was in it, but it was one the most useful classes I took in preparing me for veterinary school.

Tell us about your current position or program of study and what led you to that field.
I am a veterinary student at the University of Pennsylvania (class of 2014).  I have always wanted to be a veterinarian.  Like everyone in this field, I love animals.  Early in my education I enjoyed biology and figuring out how things worked and/or went wrong.  I can also attribute much of my decision to supportive teachers and family.

How did your College of Ag experiences prepare you for your current job or post-graduate education?
Delaware provided me with a great foundation of sciences and a well-rounded education necessary for veterinary school and life.

What advice do you have for students interested in your field?
If you're truly passionate about something, keep working towards it but always keep an open mind.
