What do you like about CANR?
I really appreciate that CANR is a smaller college within a large university. It is wonderful that we get the experience of a large university - the many people and activities to participate in - while at the same time have the smaller class sizes and a closer community.
What is your most memorable CANR or UD experience?
I greatly enjoyed the Animal and Food Science Lab in the fall of Freshman year. It was a fun hands-on class with something new to experience every week.
What are your career goals?
My career goals are to work in quality control of a large food or beverage corporation or for a flavor company to design new products.

What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?
My mom signed me up for an acting agency when I was kid. I was in a tuna fish commercial that never aired and a Lego advertisement for Nickelodeon Magazine that never made it to print. The one successful job that I had was for an HBO movie called “Something the Lord Made” in which I was painted blue.
What is your favorite book, movie, or song?
My favorite book is The Giver by Lois Lowry. My favorite movie is Django: Unchained, and my favorite song is Quesadilla by Walk the Moon.
