What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR)?
The farm is so close to main campus, and it is a wonderful resource for all of the CANR students. CANR is like a campus within a campus. It is a very small, tight-knit community, which is great because you really get to know all of your professors and make close friends.
What is your most memorable CANR or UD experience?
My most memorable experience at UD was the dairy portion of the Animal and Food Science lab (ANFS111). In general, the lab was a wonderful exposure to many possible areas of animal and food science in which you could focus. However, the dairy lab in particular really helped me to focus my education and decide that I want to specialize in Dairy nutrition and reproduction.

What are your career goals?
I plan to go to Graduate school then Vet school in pursuit of my doctorate in Dairy Nutrition and Reproduction. After vet school, I plan to move to New York or Pennsylvania to work as a Dairy Nutritionist.
What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?
I was homeschooled from second grade until high school graduation (9 years altogether) along with my five siblings.
What is your favorite book, movie, or song?
My favorite books are Divergent by Veronica Roth and Twilight by Stephanie Meyer
