What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources?
The Ag college is small, but has a great sense of community where you can build personal relationships with fellow students and faculty. Since it is a small community, the South campus is a great place to find quiet places to study, like the Agriculture Library in Townsend Hall, but you could also easily find someone you know walking through the halls.
What is your most memorable Ag or UD experience?
My most memorable experience is being employed at the UDairy Creamery and learning about how it got started and what it takes to make the ice cream. Not many people know that the creamery uses sustainable materials and that the idea for the whole project came from students.
What are your career goals?
I like the idea of working at a zoo or aquarium as a nutritionist or trainer of exotic animals. They're things you don't normally see every day, so it would be an exciting job.
What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?
I went skydiving as a high school graduation present from my father.
What is your favorite book, movie, or song?
My favorite book series is the Harry Potter series. I also enjoy Stephen King's books, like Pet Semetary.
