What do you like about the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources?
There are many reasons why I love the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. First, I enjoy the small classes and the sense of a close community within such a large University. I am able to connect closely with other students and the faculty here. Classes are very interesting and more so, are a "hands-on" experience. At the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources we have a working farm, a greenhouse, library, laboratories, and more. It's an environment rich with information and opportunities.
What is your most memorable Ag or UD experience?
My most memorable UD experience was animal science class during my freshman year of college. We had lectures at the farm, learning hands-on with the sheep and dairy cows. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
What are your career goals?
My career goal is to apply to Veterinary school. I want to focus either in small or large animals and perhaps go into research.
What is an interesting or unusual fact about you?
My favorite hobby is snorkeling.
What is your favorite book, movie, or song?
I have lots of favorite books, but the one I most recently read and loved was "The Help," by Kathryn Stockett.
