The Women in Agriculture Conference has two goals:

  • to recognize women for the critical role they play in day-to-day farm and agribusiness activities; and
  • to provide risk management information and tools so that participants can make informed decisions concerning their agribusiness and family.

This year's keynoter is Rebecca Long Chaney, author of Bulldust in My Bra, whose humorous and moving talk takes you from a busy, overwhelming career to the other side of the world on an unpredictable journey filled with physical and emotional challenges. Ultimately a story of self-discovery, Chaney relates how she and her husband adjusted to 24-hour days "together," far from home, working in another country, and learning what's really important in life.
